The following features and fixes have been added to EVP Office, version 7.1.1.

EVP Office Feature

Vista Compatibility: EVP Office is now fully compatible with Windows Vista.

EstateVal Features

GEMS Export: Added fields to the GEMS export that allow a Schedule selection.

Inventory Information: For user-defined prices, users can now select "Per Share" or "Lot Total" for Value and/or Accrual entered. They can now have different values for both the security value and the accrual.

EstateVal Fix

Billing: On-site billing records in Version 7.1.0 showed a surcharge on ADRs. This has been fixed. Month-end invoices were always correct.
